Suspending / Unsuspending a Resold account

In November 2014 Just Host announced that it will no longer be accepting new shared Reseller hosting signups. As part of that announcement, Just Host announced a partnership with ResellerClub wherein Just Host is recommending ResellerClub as the hosting partner of choice for Reseller hosting.

This article will walk you through the steps to Suspend or Unsuspend a Resold account. Suspending an account will disable the Resold users cPanel account and websites.

1. Login to your Just Host Control Panel account.
2. Click the WHM icon.
3. Click Suspend/Unsuspend an Account, listed under Account Functions.
4. Choose the domain name or username you would like to suspend
6. Click the Suspend button.
