Force a password change for a Resold account

In November 2014 Just Host announced that it will no longer be accepting new shared Reseller hosting signups. As part of that announcement, Just Host announced a partnership with ResellerClub wherein Just Host is recommending ResellerClub as the hosting partner of choice for Reseller hosting.

To force a resold account's owner to update their password you need to use the Force Password Change tool in WHM.

Force a Password Change

  1. Login to your Reseller Account.
  2. Click the WHM icon.
  3. Click Force Password Change, listed under Account Functions.
  4. Select the account, or accounts, for which you would like to force the password change.
  5. Click the Submit button to force the password change.
